Highland Wyrm Egg

$75.00
sold out

The Highland Wyrm is a stubborn fellow, hiding out in the heather on the rolling hills of Scotland. Once to be related to the creature of the Loc Ness, it is more likely that these creatures were bred by the Scottish fae as a form of transportation. They are still used today by some of the Pixies of the Night Hunters, who specialize in hunting things that go bump in the night.

Due to the rarity of these nests and in accordance with article 937A of the Magical Creatures Protection act, we harvest only after the young and parents leave the nest. The eggs left behind are termed ‘decoy eggs’ by those of us in the industry. They are the dormant empty eggs hidden in the nest to protect the live eggs from predators and thus carry no danger to the buyer of hatching at the wrong moment. Enjoy the beauty and wonder of this creature’s egg without the danger to pets or property!

Specimen label carries the name and type of creature along with a image of the mature beast.
